I can handle tough days.
I am a good parent.
It is a tough day not a tough life.
I know no 1 behavior lasts forever.
I am doing my best.
I am calm and my responses to my child's behavior.
I remember that all behavior is a form of communication and I can use it to discover what my child needs.
I am doing a great job.
My children will remember how I make them feel not how much money we spend on them.
I am able to control my own behavior and reactions.
My self-control is an example for my children.
I make my children feel valued and loved.
I validate my children's emotions.
I understand that my children have the same human emotions as any adult and I can allow them to feel them just as I do.
I have the resources to help my child with their big feelings
it is OK to not know all the answers.
I can apologize to my child if I react to strong emotions poorly.
Apologies will show my child it is OK to make mistakes and help them to learn humility.
A bad day resets overnight.
Tomorrow will be a better day.
I can handle the tough days.
